Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Off and on visits with churches as a child. Family not really into religion. Alcohol, drugs, domestic violence, part of growing up. Married twice, second marriage has been for 31yrs. Attended United Churches for several of those yrs then got away fm it, decided 2yrs ago was time to get on board the Jesus bus, have been trying to convince family to come for the ride but their busy playing ostrich and hiding their heads in the sand.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

served coffee, belonged to the women’s grp, taught sunday school for teens at South minister united.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

My mom had a big heart and she taught me that sometimes you have to do what you have to do if it feels right

ran a coffee place & candy dishes @cra, used funds to go towards a different charity each yr.

Rev Martin Lynas loved to put some extra research in his sermons. Sort of a who’s who of the bible. His sermons inspired me to want to look a little deeper into the words.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Listening in the backyard during summer while woman across alley was being beaten by her spouse. Wanted to help, family kept saying someone else would do it. Bottom line, nobody did anything.

Watching my daughter in her struggles with drugs and how much of her self worth/sole has been chewed up by them. Its a great life if you don’t weaken

Standing by my mom’s bed in the early hrs of the morning as she was slowly suffocating. All I could do was stroke her hair, tell her I love her and wish that God would just let her quietly slip away. She was my best friend and I still miss her.
