#1 Gift, Evangelism (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
God just gifted me with a passion for the unbelievers. I am able to understand and hear their hearts in their world view without losing sight of my Christian identity. I find a lot of joy revealing the Gospel by sharing lives with others.

#2 Gift, Administration (78%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I think I am more gifted in delegating works to others, planing and strategizing. (Entrepreneurship) I love to see the opprtinities in a ministry project and grow from there. I am not as keen with the day-to-day paperwork.

#3 Gift, Mercy Showing (68%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
(I am equally strong with Shepherding) I geninunely love to support others who are in crises. I never mind going an extra miles for them and don’t really mind to pour out my heart or get my hands dirty to them. God has definitely gifted me with a compassionate heart.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love to learn about others’ life stories, culture and ponder on mine. That’s why I love traveling, history, movies and plays. I find joy when I can find God and meaning from these stories. I also love to gain a better understanding of others and mankind.

But on other hand, that’s also why I am so drawn to the news and tabloids on the Internet, and Social Media. I usually feel really drained and discontent when I spend more time on the Internet than actually interacting with others.

2. Food – I find great joy from consuming and creating delicious food. I also love the togetherness and harmony from a great dinner with friends and family members.

I can easily overspend on food or become too obsessed with the quality of food. I don’t think that’s always a good stewardship of money.

3. I appreciate beautiful scenery in the natural world and beautiful architecture/structure/design. That’s why I love hiking, building Lego, going to art museum, etc.

I sometimes completely detached from the outside world while I am pursuing my interests. And the pursuits can be expensive.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Youth and young adults, acting as the bridge with their families.

First, second and third generation Immigrants

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Inspire several youths to get baptized during VCAC teens camp

Bringing Coco and a few others to Christ

Witnessing past youth/young adults going into ministry (Even for those who I encountered briefly in camps)

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

The unrealistic expectation and workload for Dave and I during my time at RCMBC.

The loneliness I felt during Dave’s years in RCMBC

Others questioning my desire to go into Full time ministry with YFC.
