Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

1 Timothy 1:12-17 … I accepted Jesus as savior at a young age (5/6yo) and over the years I have come to the place of total surrender to Him as Lord. I have answered His calling in my life and now serve Him as He leads, sharing His grace, love and truth.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Deacon 12 years at The Missoula Alliance Church, MSLA, MT

Pastor of Operations/Executive Pastor Missoula Alliance Church, MSLA, MT 05/2018

Small group leader, lay disciple maker, Adult Sunday School Class leader – off and on over 17 years, Missoula Alliance Church, MSLA, MT

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Serving alongside, leading and developing other growing and maturing Christians through life, marriage and parenting together.

God’s call in my life to full time ministry

Coaching, teaching, motivating and releasing athletes to be ambassadors and living authentic purpose filled Kingdom lives through athletic competition.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Being a rebellious, disobedient and continuous backslider has shown me the Grace, Mercy and Love of God in ways that has helped me extend this to and for others.

retiring from playing football in the middle of a program & team split … dealing with a neck injury and coaching changes

investing a significant amount in 2 financial investments that failed (1 recreational property and 1 business as a silent investor)

Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. leading, teaching, coaching, equipping, motivating and discipling alongside pastors who have a heart for a local body to help them fulfill God’s purpose and calling in their lives

4. Developing and implementing an Ambassador and Disciple making Sports Program that helps give athletes compete as God created them to while learning to help others do the same.

5. Helping Business owners and leaders in the market place live authentic purpose driven Kingdom lives and help them do this in the businesses they own and lead.
