#1 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (81%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I hate to see people down on themselves. I believe our true identity is found in what Gods Word says about us. God’s perfect plan in our lives is the goal we ought to be striving for, and I find great joy in helping others through sharing a word of encouragement.

#2 Gift, Evangelism (71%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
The World needs salvation. I have a story that I pray someone can connect to. I’ve been blessed with gifts that allow me to share my testimony and tell others about the saving power of the blood of Christ in an intentional and attention-grabbing manner.

#3 Gift, Serving (71%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have the means to help. If I can do one thing to make someone’s life easier, I know I’m doing the right thing. If I can’t give money or eloquent words, I can give my time. I can give myself.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Grew up in church. Family fell away from Christian lifestyle. Parents divorced in 2009. Fell into depression and dealt with emotional troubles. Went to a youth retreat and recieved salvation on August 1, 2010.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Being hired at CrossTees Screen Printing. What I’ve learned from CrossTees and through the mentor ship of Felix has been one of the most valuable experiences I’ve had.

When I released my first couple EP’s of music and heard from people who listened to it and enjoyed it, it inspired me to continue expressing myself creatively and to share my testimony through music.

Being a part of the Internship team in 2015 played a huge role in me realizing my place in the church and as a future leader. I’ll never forget the first thing I learned from that summer, and I learned it before the internship even started. Pastor Terry taught me that a first impression is a lasting impression. Not a last impression, a lasting one.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

My parents divorce and mother’s marrying of my stepfather not only lead me to salvation, it allowed me to have security and a positive male role model in the house. Tommy taught me a lot about respect and honor. He taught me about sacrifice and what love unto death is. Although there were a few things he skimmed over, I’m grateful for the path I went down. I feel for those who have dealt with family issues and haven’t had a positive male figure in the house. I know what that can do to someone.

Growing up I was never the popular kid. The friendships I did make were often built solely on silly things like video games. There was no real substance to the friendship. I felt like people wanted nothing to do with me so I received loneliness and held onto that. Going through that taught me to find friends that care about my spiritual well being and spur me on to better myself and others around me. I learned that my value doesn’t come from the opinions of another person, but from the one who created me. I’m drawn to those who dont fit in. It warms my heart to see a person who has secluded themself open up and talk.

Around sophomore year, I became infatuated with the desire for a relationship. I began to worry myself about how my future would pan out if I didn’t have a relationship. I started to tell myself that I would be single forever, and that I would never get married simply because I felt I was so undesirable. I lost focus of my family and my youth group. I put my value in a relationship status instead of a relationship with God. All that ended when Dr Barclay called me out prophetically in a service and told me by the word of God to stop saying these things about myself. Looking back on that time, I know now that the promises of God are true, and singleness is a gift from God that should be used to it’s best ability. I know that feeling of desire for a relationship, and there are still times where I have that desire, but I put my trust in God’s timing and His direction.
