Thank you Bailey Hendrix for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. #1 Gift, Evangelism (81%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have always tried to live my life ‘normal’ according to the world. knowing I am in this world, but not of it. I have always tried to make my life a living example of what its like to follow God so others who do know, may come to know through my actions.

#2 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (71%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I learned very young, that even If you don’t have someone cheering you on. You can still encourage others and in return it encourages you. It is a win win situation

#3 Gift, Serving (71%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
There is just something about serving that is more rewarding than anything. To do something for a greater cause I could care less if I was getting paid or in perfect conditions. Doesn’t matter, ill do it. It builds character and greater love for Jesus

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Standing firm in biblical truth in a crowd, even if i’m standing alone

2. Using horses to heal the broken

3. giving exercise and health food information to those that are unaware and are seek help to become better. Our bodies are a temple, we should treat them as such.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

freshmans in college or highschool. So I can help guide them in a new time so that they don’t make the same mistakes I made and grow closer to God

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Churches need not to be afraid to speak out the unspoken like what the bible says about abortion or tough subjects like that. Also, I think its issue that many churchs think they always have to have a front that their okay. They need to speak more about its okay to not be okay

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
