S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you James Vchulek for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have experienced much encouragement from my wife and my church family, by being encouraged I can better see what effect my encouragement has on others. Accountability partners and mentors have taught me much about encouraging others.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Knowing that God has grace and mercy for me and all creatures allows me to understand how important mercy is to all people. I feel we must love others as God loves them. A lot of my stress, anxiety and loneliness is relieved when Itreat others with mercy.
[H]eart
1. I love my family, seeing my children and grandchildren walk with the Lord brings me the most joy.
2. I love working with the homeless population. Feeding them, providing clothing and other needs helps me build relationship with them, pray with them and bring the gospel to them.
3. My church family is the best. I have so many good, close friends because of the love of God, small group participation and outreach ministries.
Homeless, disadvantaged folks of all ages. My heart aches for the homeless in Pensacola and I hope this ministry allows me to learn more and do more for them, bringing them into the family of God.
Men’s ministry, it seems that only 5-10% of the men of the church are interested in serving in any capacity. I am excited at the possibilities if we can figure out how to reach the other 90%.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
