S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Veronica Rapin for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Less of pastoring, but definitely shepherding. I feel burdened around developing believers in their faith for the rest of their lives. My heart beats to grow them in their relationship with Jesus and move them from baby to mature followers.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I also am not surprised by this one! I often feel the tension between my shepherd heart and my evangelist heart. Not surprising, my shepherd heart tends to override and take priority in how I use my time, but my evangelist heart is loud and vocal! I feel the urgency and desire for all to come to know Jesus and struggle between shepherding the already or seeking the lost.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I wasn’t surprised by this either. I feel like my go to phrase has been “i encourage you to” which comes out more as an exhortation. This really comes from my shepherd heart who wants to keep urging them to press on, to take heart, and to grow in their love for Jesus!!

1. Have meaningful, vulnerable, real-life, honest conversations with new friends or people. Ideally, its two-way and not just me pursuing and listening the entire time, though I will do that.
2. Sharing the gospel with someone new and talking about where they are at with faith. But what brings me a ton of joy is when they are curious about Jesus and see their need/desire for him!
3. Sit with someone in their struggle and show that I love and care for them, even if I can’t fix it. Though, I do also LOVE having input in how to help with a situation. I do feel really alive when someone comes to me with an issue and I can help with it! But beyond that, getting to be with them in the struggle is fulfilling and purposeful.
