Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I failed my final examination at school when I was only 6 years old so I have to redo it in order to pass. It was then that my mother taught me about Jesus and how to pray. From then, I became little by little closer to God.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Blue Cross Organization at my local church where I have been leading the youth section part of the organization since 2007. It is based in Antananarivo Madagascar. It’s all about young drug addiction and arts.

I founded a non profit organization which fight against youth drug addiction through art in 2015. Still here in Antananarivo Madagascar.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

A very bolt mentor who motivate me to by his enthusiastic speech and his leadership as he was at the same time very strict and very close to us. He was not afraid of proclaiming the gospel and fighting for a nation free of drugs although a lot of people opposed him.

A schoolers hip and fellowship in the US in 2018 where I met a lot of incredible people who encouraged me to stay who I am and showed me what I needed to improve in my work back home. The mentors I met there helped me to believe in my potentials.

My parents who are very generous persons.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

A childhood depression

The dramatic death of my sister’s best friend at the age of 17 who was burnt alive in her house with her siblings and mother . She was a very smart girl who was fervent Christian and I felt ashame after that because I was fleeing from God’s for so long and didn’t participated in any church activities.

My health and the lots of chronical diseases and physical pains I have. I can only rely on my weakness and the strength of God.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Building a Christian social and cultural center for youth in my community. There will be a counseling center, arts activities (music, dance, theater, singing class…), a theater, a Christian film-production, a library, a recovery center… So that youth could express themselves and could get a Christian education at the same time.
