Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I accepted Christ around 9 years old and then rededicated my life when I was 17. My mother tried to raise us in the church and as I grew up I realized that there was no way that a single mother of 3 could raise kids by herself without having faith in Jesus.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Currently serving in the arts department at EastLake Church in Chula Vista, California. I have been volunteering for the last year and a half.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

While serving in the Navy I know that there were times that God helped me in a way that I would never have been able to.

Becoming a father.

Being personally strong in my convictions on life choices and not being peer pressured into doing what I was not comfortable doing.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

While we attended a Church when I was younger my mother was in an abusive relationship and the leaders there told her that she needs to obey her abusive husband. We finally left that Church and was able to find one that was able to support my mother in getting the assistance that we needed.

Losing my temper and allowing others to be able to have that control over my emotions. I have a violent temper and have since learned to control my emotions and not give that control to others.

I did not seek further education in areas that I was interested in until I was very much older. Now that I’m older and know how to find these resources, I make sure that I am showing younger people how to do this and encourage them to follow their interests.
