We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up in a christian household, so I was exposed to Christ from the get go, although I never took it seriously enough for personal growth. My family decided to start a bible study of the new testament which they never finished, but I just kept going since what I was reading was really interesting to me and having certain people come beside me and mentoring me through my early years as a christian really helped to strengthen my faith.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Broadway Church, BC, Youth Leader, 6+ years

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Studying abroad in Barbados for a school year gave me a compassionate heart to help others who may be lonely or appear different.

Joining University Christian Ministries during my university degree connected me with so many friends and grew my confidence

Becoming a youth leader helped me be confident that I can be an effective leader, and walking alongside 6+ kids through their spiritual journeys and watching them mature in Christ.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

when my parents divorced

a big falling out with a friend

some big fights with a certain family member
