Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Got saved in Children’s church when I was 8 years old

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Praise and Worship/ Choir, Children’s ministry, nursery, Single Ministry leader, and served wherever they needed me at River of Life Church for over 25 years.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Raised by Godly parents who taught me Biblical truths and principles, good family values, and good work ethics

Working with Disabled adults and children

Going on mission trips to Africa, Haiti, and India

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

My youngest brother was hit by a logging truck that was empty when he was 10 and I was 12. After a month in the hospital he came home in a body cast and was bed ridden for 3 months. I became his primary caretaker during the last month because it was summer and my parents had to go back to work. I’ be enjoyed being a caretaker for the most part since then

My same brother became a homosexual when he was a teenager. He later died of AIDS at 32. That was a long hard road full of rejection, anger, and despair. He did make it to heaven the last month of his life. God was faithful and restored relationships and formed new ones. He took this and turned it around for good. My mother became a missionary to mostly 3rd world countries and educated them on AIDS, held medical clinics, and crusades. She reached a lot of people and prayed with several. She is retired now but did amazing work for God’s kingdom. She did not become a missionary until she was 50 after my brother went home to be with Jesus.

I was single until I was 46. During this time I looked to Jesus to be my husband and drew closer to Him. I was about to give up hope until I met my husband. We have been married almost 8 years but it seems like we have always been together.

Wrapping It Up

Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Buy property for our church and build building

4. Go on short term mission trips to Africa, Israel, or wherever God said to go

5. Buy personal property with enough housing to help those in need of temporary stay , or to house missionaries when they come to the states
