This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I allow God to lead. I know the scripture and understand it. I am able to speak publicly with well organized, scripture based principles following the churches doctrine.

Instruction is what I do. I love it, and it is a gift. I feel there is much reward from it. With the right structure, delivery, and well planned curriculum, the learner will be engaged, intrigued to learn more, and have a better understanding of the materials if taught with love and purpose.

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I do have a degree in business administration. Being an educator requires planning, structure and well thought out strategies. I feel that with my prioe leadership experiences in our church from coordinating the children’s ministry, to leading the culinary. I have skills that will benefit the ministry to help it maintain efficiency, effective communication, and reliability for our church members that are in line with church doctrine.

1. I love to teach, as I am not only the teacher, I am the student. I glean off what is heard as I listen to students understanding what it is I am teaching. I love to take on challenges.

2. I love family , the role of family in a church, and working with different dynamics of our culture.

3. I love working with others in collaborative efforts. It is always a challenge to “put together” large projects. I feel it is a growth opportunity when all involved in the process that will benefit others see the project unfold.

I love everybody. I can work with any age. To narrow it down, I love teenagers. I also dig the littles! Any type of person, (Is there really a type?) I adapt and am flexible. I am used to working with all different personality types. I find a commonality and work with that to make connections.

Organizing the children’s ministry to be most effective. I would like a higher involvement from the members in this ministry as a whole. The relationships must be more fluent.

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

I was 13, I dedicated my life to Christ at our church in Minnesota. It was an alter call.

Prison ministry, children’s ministry (coordinator), Culinary ( lead), Hope center group, Homeless outreach project touch. Convalescent ministry outreach. The View Church.

Going to Israel

From growing up as a minority in an all Black, Native American neighborhood. I was the only white child in the projects where I lived. It gave me a sense of other cultures and norms. I love everyone because I learned first hand how we are all just people.

Being poor, helped me appreciate all that I have. I can relate to others in need.

Having been from an abusive childhood, I have compassion for abused children.

Having several serious health issues has been a blessing. I am able to model love despite circumstances.
