Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
[E]xperience
I was born into a dynasty of preachers, teachers and prophets and grew up like Samson, not taking God seriously. In 2003, He got my attention through a young man who I supervised who dared me to walk instead of talk. My walk was put to the test in 2009 after a devastating trauma while still active duty. Now with a PTSD diagnosis, I use my condition as an example of how God uses our weaknesses to demonstrate His strength.
Sagebrush Church, Albuquerque/NM (8 years), Ministries involved: Kids, Guest Services (greeter, usher), Jail & Prison Team, Recovery Ministry (Women’s Addiction 12-Step community leader / short-term group leader)
I am second generation Air Force. I grew up my whole (save 4 years) in the Air Force community; 22 years as a dependent and 24 years active duty.
I spent most of my life in Europe.
I worked for a public relations firm prior to joining the Air Force.
Suffered a trauma while still on active duty. Now with a PTSD diagnosis, I use my condition as an example of how God uses our weaknesses to demonstrate His strength.
I have had four surgeries to my right side; three shoulder and 1 reconstruction to my thumb & wrist. I know what it is like to have to overcome in spite of one’s limitations.
My mother passed away in 2007; I know what loss feels like.
