#1 Gift, Evangelism (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy sharing about Christ to the faithless or even those you think they may know a little about christ or do not believe. I’ve had opportunities to start churches, start ministries, on lead campus ministries, Evangelize publically on a trains, the subway as well as in shelters homeless shelters. I have had the opportunity to plant, water and the harvest in the number of people becoming disciples of Christ.

#2 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I believe that encouragement goes a long way versus harsh discipline or rebuke. Although rebuke is needed in some cases, even in that people need encouragement. I really do believe that helping people particularly Christians to see the best of who they are in Christ and the way Christ sees them is more effective. I also have the ability to see past where someone is as to where they could be or God wants them to be.

#3 Gift, Teaching (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love teaching in any capacity. I love sharing what I have learned. whether it’s through my testimony. I love mentoring and training and coaching. I do it naturally. I love people and I love to give back in anyway that I can. I’m a big believer in Sharing knowledge not keeping it. We all grow together.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
