I was nurtured and loved by those elderly women. I was a young wife and mother. My grandmother and my mother was living then and I enjoyed the fellowship with them also. Meeting Audrey Williamson, one of the speakers at one of the retreats.
Sitting under the teacher and mentorship of Apostle Betty P. Peeples. It was a honor to be called to be connected with her ministry. She was responsible for taking me from baby traits as a christian to maturity in Christ.
Sitting under the teacher and mentorship of Apostle Eddie Montgomery. One of the Sages of my age. Apostle mentored me as a Minister of the Gospel, teacher, Christian Counselor. He was used as a tool by God to pour into us the importance of Godly Character as a Minister.
My family was put out of church. I have a compassion for folks getting put out, set out and ostracized due to church legalistic practices.
I have a special needs family member. I studied special needs communities and the lack of compassion for these families from faith based communities (churches).
