#1 Gift, Serving (75%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:

#2 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (65%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I am a outgoing person and give practical advice more than faith-based advice to individuals like friends and family. I however would like to explore the faith based approach more and learn.

#3 Gift, Giving (40%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Other than my time and energy, It’s difficult for me to donate. I’m not a very monetarily wealthy person. I will however work hard to help someone any other way I can.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Create things with my hands, I’m a fabricator and love to build and engineer for myself but even more for friends and family. Repair, house work, vehicle maintenance, heavy lifting, Etc. for others gives me much joy.

2. I like to give advice on life subjects such as motivation , career building, and relationships. This rarely involves faith however and want to incorporate more of that to those responsive to it.

3. Orderliness/Preparedness, I’m a neat person that needs to be clean and organized in my house, vehicle, and at work. Without the basic skills of picking up after myself, cleaning, and having the right tool for the job I feel like I’m ina world of chaos.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I’m somewhat indifferent. I’m not the best faith based roll model for younger people. I have my issues and I know that may influence younger minds in a negative way, People my age or older would more than likely be better peers.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

I don’t have many, I just don’t want to be taken advantage of in a malicious way. I do not think that will happen in this environment however.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
