#1 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (93%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I feel if you encourage others to see the best in themselves that they will be able to apply it to hopefully to see the best in others and in the world. If you make someone feel good about themselves and their accomplishment they will be reminded how important their place in the world is.

#2 Gift, Evangelism (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I feel that I am comfortable sharing the word of God to anyone who is interested in listening. I also feel just as comfortable sharing with those who do not believe the same without being too overwhelming with my own beliefs. Still making them comfortable with the conversation is key, if others are comfortable talking to you they will listen closer to your words and reflect later. Where if you make someone uncomfortable they will just want to get away as quickly as possible.

#3 Gift, Mercy Showing (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I feel that I always show mercy because others hurt just as you do. We may not share the same pain; however pain and sorrow are still pain and sorrow. The way that we perceive it is just different.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Spending as much time with my family and friends

2. I love to serve others and see what joy that you can bring to them

3. I love to travel and try new adventures. It makes me feel alive in a different type of way

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I love to work with the those who are looking for help, it can be help with leaving a violent home, it could be with someone looking for help with the mental health or addiction. I don’t have an age necessary, mainly just those who need a new direction in life and they are just looking for support to get them started in the right direction.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

The most exciting ministry would be to go on a mission trip to help and serve those who need help with making their everyday life better in some way.

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
