S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Brittany for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
There is nothing that I love more than stirring up others, including myself! Getting people excited and passionate ignites something in me. Not just on a Spiritual level, but natural as well! Bringing encouragement, the positive side, showing others and finding for myself the silver lining in any situation is easy to me.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Love, forgiveness, compassion, kindness, 23238472 chances, 38492748 times I can understand where anyone is coming from. I (typically) can easily put myself into any situation and believe the best in others.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Uhhhh, I’m pretty sure this one is supposed to say SERVING lol
I guess I just love people SO much, I want to be there for them, and show them the love God has for them and how He cares.

1. Bringing joy. Making others laugh. Inserting fun intentionally, even into the mundane. Pushing others to turn their attitudes around for the better and seeing them make the adjustment is thrilling!
2. Serving. Giving. Sacrificing. Support. Filling needs for others whether they recognize it or not is life giving to me! 90% of the time its simple gestures that make the most difference. When I can help someone with a physical need or be there for them on an emotional level or whatever it may be, what I am missing out on (the plans I originally had or even some free time) its worth it to me to assist them! The majority of the time, tho, it’s not even a sacrifice. Only a joy.
3. Building my relationships and GROWING! Deep and meaningful conversations fuel me and inspire me. I love my people God has blessed me with and I am so thankful for each one of them. They all bring extremely different takes on life and learning from all of them has brought me so many “nuggets” of advice and wisdom. I’m grateful to learn; the good, the bad, and even the U-G-L-Y.
I love all ages, but I tend to draw to the older crowd! They are just so interesting to me haha all those years of life is fascinating I guess!
My main concern and what truly excites me is that nobody leaves “my presence” without knowing just how much they are loved and valued.
Abortion/sanctity of Life
Drug abuse/recovery

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
[E]xperience
I’ve been saved since I was 5 years old. I remember the Pastor asking who wants their name written in the Book of Life and I just knew I wanted my name in that book! lol
I have served in quite every area of ministry. I love trying new things and finding my favorite things to do.
Evangelism, children’s (babies to pre-k specifically), youth, young adults, nursing home, cleaning, setting up and tearing down (I have a year or two plus worth of being a part of a church that didn’t have their own building yet! Saturday night we set up and Sunday we stayed late to tear down. Every weekend. I loved it.), greeters, info table, events, outreaches….just like my natural jobs…I’ve done it all almost (not saying that arrogantly!) it’s so hard to convey tones through text!
Being super involved in my youth group! And having incredible husband and wife youth pastors! They helped shape me and ignited my passion for Jesus to begin with!
Going to Rhema. I can’t say enough how thankful I am to have had the opportunity to go. It really is my foundation.
Prayer School. If you’re reading this, this is not me sucking up! Tuesday-Thursday at 1pm was where I truly grew and caught hold of some of the biggest truths of my life. It was put so plain and simple for me that the same words could inspire me over and over again. Just when I thought I finally fully got a hold of something, it was spoken on again in a way that made it sound brand new. I could expand tremendously on this, but that’s enough for now!
Relationships with parents. It’s a day to day experience, but I haven’t given up and I am open-minded.
Addiction and other compulsive behaviors. I’ve had my fair share of struggles and only want to yank others out of them and show them Jesus and that He is a much better way!
Depression. It’s evil and I will do all I can to watch for signs in others and help them come out of it!
Wrapping It Up

1. My Relationship with GOD
2. My Relationship with Others

3. Get my city (or even a much bigger region) off of the streets.
4. To go on several missionary trips and live like locals
