S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Alicia Ayvas Riccardella for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I am a therapist (LCSW, CEDS-S) by trade so that makes a lot of sense. Other than going to school to be a psychotherapist/counselor, I have been in years of support at a young age after a serious illness, so I am confident that helped shape this gift and mature it.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I own an outpatient group practice in the area and supervise therapists and providers while overseeing all the administrative aspects of the business. I’m a very type A personality and due to struggles growing up (a learning disability) I learned how to work hard and to be effective and efficient with my time and attention.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love to learn. I have a dream to be a college professor one day in the future to give back and share my knowledge in the field of mental health. I have been privledged to help with park valley college and enjoy that a lot. That all said, I would love to teach a Sunday school class or be an aid to a teacher in the future. I grew up as a camp counselor is where it started and guest lecture and present a few times a year, so really have a heart to teach and empower those around me with knowledge.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
