S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Brandon Austin Harlan for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

God has called me to be a warning call for people to repent.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I feel I have this gift because of the experiences I’ve been through. I can see all the way through how God was working in the midst of my darkness and He has graciously given me wisdom to interpret the things of this world
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
For many reasons I really ponder my views and consider the most effective ways to debate them. I think this transcribes really well into communicating the gospel.
[H]eart
1. Seeing and learning how people communicate with one another.
2. Learn different ways that scripture can be applied to life.
3. Travelling.
I love to work with confident, analytical people that are goal orientated. 20 – 70
What concerns me most would be the knowledge and wisdom people are able to pull away from the sermon that day. Worship and serving are fantastic but I really think it is critical that people hear a raw and honest interpretation of the gospel when they come to church.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
[E]xperience
I was not raised in the faith but I always had many questions about how humans got here and what our purpose was. After my friend committed suicide I turned fully away from any thought of God and went through a dark time of addiction, depression and homelessness until God reached and pulled me out.
Going to church on my own for the first time
Deciding to re enroll in university
Deciding to go to the Bible to learn more about God
Friend’s suicide
Being homeless
Attempting suicide
