I am an Executive Director of an assisted living and memory care community. I also have my nursing home administrator license.

I am a good listener. I have knowledge in services and programs that benefit the elderly int eh community and state

I have taught a class or seminar on:

Advance Directives (living wills, health care POA) I have a large part in orientation training at my job. I also conduct monthly OSHA training. I taught a youth group ( not my passion but was a need at my church) I was a volunteer for the Red Cross and was an instructor for Disaster Relief

I was saved at the age of 15. My family started attending a Baptist Church regularly and they scared me into becoming a Christian (I did not want to go to Hell)

Grief from the death of my grandmother and father

I grew up very poor but very loved

I was terminated from a job because I was more concern about care of my residents and staff than the bottom line. I learned to rely on God and my needs were met
