S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Katrina Beaty for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy the process of organizing and getting something ready or helping put things back to be ready for the next time. I like the feeling of everything out in it’s place for easy access or to be able to quickly find the item or info when needed to complete a task.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
It is just something we should do. Not always easy or possible.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I always wonder what makes someone the way they are. What has caused them to choose the things or the ways of life they have, why they act or feel the way they do. What would I have done in their shoes?
[H]eart
1. I love to read.
2. I love to cross stitch special projects for someone.
3. I find satisfaction in putting things, rooms in order. Ready for easy access or comfortable use.
I love little babies that need held and cuddled. Not so much the age when they can move around. I enjoy working with/for people that are needing an extra set of hands to organize or serve others.
Youth being taught the truth and not making church a place to just play and be entertained by media while the adults receive solid teaching. Safe/loving environment for parents/families to come to hear God’s word. To be able to focus on the lessons and not worry about the safety of their children or that the children are made to feel loved and wanted and not just tolerated til the service is over.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
