Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

At age 38 I had a near death experience that showed me that a greater power was watching over me

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Praise band to 20 years – Co-founder at Emmanuel Lutheran, Hampton VA

Congregational president for 2 terms (same church above)

Church/School Parent Teacher League member 2 terms (same church as above)

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Give the latitude at work to seek unconventional solutions to complex engineering problems

Near death experience at work that was a God sign

Given the latitude to fail and learn from it.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Hit by a truck while riding a bicycle

Going through a divorce

Signing documents to unplug the machines keeping my father alive

  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Help others in storm ravaged areas

4. Being God’s conduit to help my church financially
