#1 Gift, Administration (75%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I don’t like administration but I really feel off when I am working with a group and the basic admin duties are not attended too. Capture who’s in the room, have an agenda, create a mailing/email list, capture the main points of what is being said, create a manual/guideline for the next person to read and run with and etc. Those things are important to me even though I don’t particularly like doing them myself.

People often come to me and ask me different things or share their life (basically wanting advice) and GOD gives me a story/parable that can be shared.

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I’ve been in church all my life but after college I met a lady (only a couple of years older than me) who was different from all the Christians I had known previously. She was truly living for Christ and always showed love, even in uncomfortable and sticky situations. She studied with me and led me to Christ.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

The lady at Brooks Avenue living a life of love and encouraging in my walk – and of course leading me to Christ made a huge impact on who I am today.

Watching my mom work in church and sharing with me why made a huge impact on who I am today.

Learning that the work of ministry is important but God cares more about the souls. Take time to see pass the work and share the joys and pains of your co-laborer.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Learning that I had a victim mentally and a snap dragon mouth and allowing God to deliver me of them makes me more patient with others who resemble what I used to.
