1. I love encouraging others to keep pushing forward. I sometimes make motivational videos.

2. I love helping those in need if its something as simple as a car ride, or something as complex to help change their life.

3. I love the gym, it makes me truly happy.

I love working with older people because you have the opportunity to learn so much from them. Older people are so much wiser than us and every time they give advice it is because they have gone through a similar situation.

Hitting rock bottom into depression but it taught me how to deal with my emotions.
