This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I am surprise about this gift. I am not conformable talking to a group of people about the Lord. But I am able to share my heart and feelings about God in a one on one situation. And do, if the need arrives.

I think I can work with any age of a person, but they need to have a little energy and be willing to work. Be nice.
New families attending church excites me. My concern is that a lot of parents do not put God and church at the top of the list for their children to have that experience. To Know GOD!

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
[E]xperience
I never attended church growing up. My father refused to attend church after a disagreement about where the “Outhouse” should be located. I was introduce to Jesus in grade school. I received my first bible for selling so many pictures of Jesus. I started attending a Baptist Church in high school with a boy I was dating. We married and continue to attend that church.
I had my first child and had a very difficult time during my pregnancy, was in the hospital one month before my baby was delivered by Cesarean Section. After this experience, I was determined not to have no more babies. God had another plan for me. I got pregnant. I was very scared of dying with this child. Our pastor came to our home one day to visit. I remember I was sitting in a rocking chair and we were talking and I told him that I wanted to be baptized because I wanted to make sure I was right with God and I would go Home to be with Him if something happen. So before I delivered my second baby, I was baptized in the Buckhannon River at Hall, WV. The small church we were attending, just did not have children or programs for children.
In 1985, our neighborhood was devastated by a horrible flood. My home did not get water in it and after a deal we had made with God that night , we changed churches and started attending and working in the Philippi Baptist Church.
I knew God, but I do not think I had a personal relationship with him until my divorce. I did not blame God, but got on my knees and beg for strength.
One evening I meeting a friend of mine at the church, to give her some angels costumes. I was sitting on the alter praying to God and asking him if I should try to keep this marriage or let it go. Before my friend arrive, I have never experience anything like this. I felt warm arms wrap around me and I had peace in my heart. I believe to this day, GOD was with me that night and said I will always be with you and HE has. That was 20 years ago and my personal relationship with GOD grows stronger every day. HE truly has given me strength when I could not do it on my own.
