#1 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Most people I come in contact with daily have the potential to be or give their best but due to circumstances beyond their control at time they are unable to do so. I find that just a word of encouragement and exhortation can break the ice in their situation.

#2 Gift, Mercy Showing (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
There are times in my life where someone had showed me mercy when I did not deserve it, I have learn from my own experience that showing mercy is very vital in the growth of others both spiritually or non-spiritually.

#3 Gift, Teaching (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I try to educate myself Biblically and other area of life because what I found out about the thinking and behavior of people normally is the result of their prior knowledge of their current situation. The word of God states that because of the lack of knowledge the people perish. I enjoy teaching people how to have a prosperous life especially if are my brother or sister in Christ.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I became all my life I have heard that I am ugly, no one will ever love me. Every word I have heard from those who should care for me was negative. One day someone tell me about Jesus and what he did because God offer Him up for me because He love me so much. Since then God show me His love in so many ways. Because I found out who God is and what Jesus did for me I decide to live the way God want me to as a Christian.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

I have serve in The Love of Jesus Family Church in Orange New Jersey for 16years. I serve as an usher, teacher for ages 3-9yrs, food pantry, nursing home ministry, and a Deaconess for 8yrs.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Serving the young children (nurture, counsel, give lot of love) who parents did not attend church, from a young age where most of them thought I was their parent or close family member

Serving in the homeless shelter and was able to encourage all those I come in contact with, with a word of encouragement, hugs, bring them food or clothes, personal care items and sometime money.

serving the elderly or people with multiple disabilities and helping their love ones to understand why their family member are they way they are without blaming God or asking why? through word of knowledge or what I have learn while attending college.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

while I was married to someone who was suffering from a series of issues, I was unaware of the problem and thought as a Christian he should be able to deal with such an issue not knowing that he could not on his own. I walk away from the marriage because I did not know how to deal with such problems because of lack of knowledge. Now I am more in-tune with people who have struggles and go to the extent to study how to help those I come across each day and able to help them or offer advice to the families who do not know deal with the problems.

I had a family member who had been suffering from Mental Depression almost all their life. I would wonder why other family would put up with them. I later found out they could help been mentally depress. Once I got all the educational knowledge to help understand their disability I now able to work effectively with those I come in contact with each day and also be able to give advice to their concern family members.

The only person that have ever show me kindness mom
have died, I did not know how to show how much am sorry to her family. later I took a course in Hospice care and learn how to deal with families going through when their love ones have died. Now am able to help families now.
