[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. when I know I am doing the will of God

2. being a good steward of my time each day

3. doing at good job of looking after those I am responsible for.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I love to work with anyone who values me as a person because they will value my message

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

i enjoy a church environment where people are encouraged in what ever gift they have.
An environment where there is continuous growth and you’re not stuck singing the same songs that everyone in social media is singing, where people inside the church are allowed to write songs and sing them in that same church.
It concerns me that beautiful women are treated like they will make a sexual court case against leaders, when they have a good heart and are not thinking sexually but treated with caution and at arms length.
It concerns me that there is a higher arch in the church system and its only if you know the right people or have lots of money you get promoted or are qualified to do a more responsible job, that others who a poor or shy are not given the same chance. It concerns me that pastors kids who join other churches are treated with suspicion and kept at a distance.
it concerns me when churches pray for new believers but then don’t mentor the new believers they have and leave them to develop on their own and tell them to find their own mentor.
in concerns me when you go for a meeting a people judge you by your clothes and even though you were the first so excited to happy to be there they don’t even want to look at you or acknowledge you because you are brown and could be a terrorist.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
