S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results

Thank you Danny Wojciechowski for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

#1 Gift, Administration (78%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I work in Corporate America as a Project Manager who implements software. Through my trainings and my driver mentality, I have become someone over the years that can help delegate and implement change, if required. I also have proven, that when not leading, a valuable member to teams trying to accomplish a goal.

#2 Gift, Mercy Showing (75%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have soft heart for anyone and everyone. I understand that anyone that is in the world deserves the opportunity for redemption and I am always someone that is there to listen and help in anyway possible.

#3 Gift, Serving (62%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Similar to administrative, I love serving with a team or even serving individually becausethat act of physically impacting people, processes, or communities in the way Jesus wanted is a way I feel closest with him. The ability to give to people is something that makes me feel closer to the lord, as I know he served all. My heart is open and aware of the people that need support, and I am here to help anyway I can.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Love my family. Grow with my wife and raise my two children.

2. Complete Projects. It may sound weird, but rather it is work or personal life, I am always working on a project and I gain much satisfaction once it is completed.

3. Watch Wisconsin sports. 🙂

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I really do not have a preference. I like working with all ages. I feel like I am good with kids, as I obviously have two and work in the nursery, but also feel like I have a way to connect with people in general, so even if it is the elderly or the less fortunate, I am pretty good at connecting with all.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

No particular issue addresses me. I think there are some pieces of the church that are not “advertised” enough that need to be brought to more attention (like the food drive), so that the community re-engages and donates. I want to get more involved in all processes and pieces of the church so I can engage myself even more.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

My wifes Dad passed away in 2014 and we started attending a church in a very passive manner as we were looking for clarity. We also were looking to get married in 2015 and thought we we were going to pick a church and call it a day. The pastor of that church made us come to 10 personalized conversations with him where I truly learned soo much and realized the emptiness in my heart. Through the next couple of years, I got more involved in the churhc and my love for Jesus continued to grow.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Epikos Church – Greater Milwaukee Area, Made the coffee, 2 years

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

My pastor at my previous church challenging myself and my wife in our faith

Joining my first small group

The visibility to the strength of a church body at my previous church, Epikos

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

My father in law passing away
