#1 Gift, Evangelism (78%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I’m not sure that these are my top 3 gifts, but I do have a desire for all people to have a right relationship with God, and I am not afraid to share God’s truth, and what God has done in my life. Also, I’m not afraid to speak the truth and stand for God, in spite of the crowd’s position. My answers to these questions might have skewed the results in my opinion.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up in the church, hearing of the Lord weekly. At the age of ten, I knew I was separated from God because of my sin and that my relationship with God needed to be restored. On a Sunday morning, while in Church, I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior!

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Sunday School Teacher with my Wife for 4 years. Fleming Baptist. Augusta, Georgia.

Royal Ambassador Leader for 16 years. Southwayside Baptist. Fort Worth, Texas.
Youth Leader Volunteer Basketball Coach & Teacher for 4 years. Southwayside Baptist. Fort Worth, Texas.

Nursing Home Music Leader at Heritage Estates for 6 years. Southwayside Baptist. Fort Worth, Texas.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

After my Parents’ divorce, child custody of my brother and I was awarded to my Grandparents, which ensured that we would be raised in a Christian home, and attending church weekly.

I married a woman with a heart for God who has kept me accountable throughout our marriage and encouraged me to pursue God and what He has in store for my life.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

I have worked under numerous supervisors who did not have a good understanding of how to treat people, motivate, and lead by example. This has helped shape me to follow Christ’s example of servant leadership and attempt to model that in every supervisory and management position that I’ve held.
