2. Utilizing my special skills for the glory of God, to see His kingdom advanced, and to draw people into an intimate and tangible encounter with the heart of God.

3. Pouring everything I have into others so that they may be equipped to carry out the call of God on their life in love, family, and ministry.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was invited to youth group when I was 7 years old. I felt compelled to accept Christ at that early age, but since I had no form of discipleship, I had no real idea of the Lordship involved with having Christ as my Savior.
This led me to years of a life outside of what it should have looked like as a believer.
My best life was yet to come when at 22 years old I rededicated my life to Christ, and was baptized in the Holy Spirit. From that moment up to now, I have served the Lord with my life, and have been committed to the Service of the Kingdom of God.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Getting married to my amazing wife, and having 4 incredible children.

Some VERY deep and VERY intimate encounters that I have had with God in worship.

Getting ordained in ministry by Ken Malone and Dutch Sheets.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

When my Father passed away.

Being taken advantage of for my many skills.

Allowing myself to get too close to people who aren’t trustworthy, or pretend to be someone they are not.
