S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Johann Williamson for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Because God in His mercy wants to express himself clearly to touch our hearts and minds, and I believe He wants me to play a role in communicating his heart and mind and plans for us.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I believe prophecy is primarily to describe who God is and who we are, often related to the specific season a person or group is in. I am moved by making him known and relevant especially to believers. God wants me to be a voice in rightly apprehending his nature/heart/emotions/glory.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
To help things work better (results-wise) and to create systems that are not too heavily tied to a specific person but can allow for the church to grow and scale.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
[E]xperience
I learnt about Jesus from home, Sunday School, and Prep School. One day in devotions in Prep School a teacher invited us to pray for Jesus to enter our hearts – I did it feeling like I knew what I was doing. I’ve been a Christian ever since.
Jamaica House of Prayer – Intercessory Missionary; Worship Leader; Bible Teacher
Spanish Town Covenant Community Church – Worship Leader/Musician; Associate Pastor
ISCF Leadership Camp – Camp/Dorm Counsellor
Being filled with the Holy Spirit (and speaking in tongues) at a UCCF camp in 2005. That gave me a spiritual hunger for God’s presence and empowering
The birth of my daughter Emma-Grace. I’ve been softened and I’m more loving and tender.
Joining a business/mentorship organization – taught me confidence, deportment, and awareness of principles of success.
Failing in school/university because of anxiety and associated numbing/addiction – I want to equip fellow Christians with the habits to cope and to grow in Christ.
Feeling like I let down my high school Quiz team because I choked up for years had me having flashbacks with regret. It taught me that the narrative in people’s minds has to be reprogrammed so they can see life rightly.
