We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
[E]xperience
My sister-in-law (but back then in May 2002 she wasn’t my sister-in-law yet) brought me to a crusade where I first received Jesus as my Lord and Savior. However I did not grow yet. It was only in Dec 23, 2005, when I truly repented and decided to follow Christ genuinely (after I found out my dad was diagnosed with Renal Failure and Stage IV Prostate Cancer, and was told by the doctors that he only had 3 weeks up to 3 months to live.) It was only then that I surrendered to the Lord. I attended bible study consistently, levels training, and serve God in the ministry. A week after Dec 23, 2005, I received news that my dad received an aid of having a free kidney dialysis 3x a week. It was an unexpected favor through God’s amazing grace. By May 2006, my dad told me that he was healed of cancer miraculously without any medical intervention. because we had no money for Papa’s chemotherapy. I prayed earnestly that Papa will be healed but that miracle came as a surprise to us all. That testimony was life-changing for me, my dad, my sister and my brother-in-law as well.

Worship Team 1 – 2 years
Dgroup Leader since 2009 up to present
My husband motivated me everyday that I was a born-leader, and believed in my potential. He taught me to believe in myself and that as I did my work diligently with the help of God’s grace, my husband said I would always surpass my quota and be the Top Collector with my previous employer. He was right! I became the Top Collector and Employee of the year for 4 consecutive years.

broken hearted from failed relationships in the past

knowing that my son has Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay and Speech Impairment – has enabled me to have compassion for people or families with special needs or disabilities.
