[A]bilities

My current vocation:

I am currently retired, but I was in the School Transportation industry for 34 years.

Other jobs I have experience in:

I was a Girl Scout leader, I also lead the Girl Scout leaders group for several years. In transportation, l did drive a school bus for many years, but then went into the office as a dispatcher, and dealt with Administrators, and parents alike. i was very successful in this capacity.

Special talents/skills that I have:

I can lead a group as long as I’m knowledgeable in the subject matter. I can do many crafts well.

I have taught a class or seminar on:

How to be an effective bus driver. I had a certification as an SBDI, School Bus Driving Instructor. That did NOT mean teaching to drive a bus, but rather how to deal with children and their parents.

Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
