S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Renee Atoory for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I feel I don’t have to try, so I guess it must be gifted to me. It just feels natural to talk to people about Gods love. I get excitement and energy from seeing people come to know Gods love and adoration for them, and then most of all, I love seeing what God does when they choose to follow his purpose for their lives.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love to encourage. I probably feel most loved when I am encouraged so maybe thats why I like to love by encouraging others. I believe God calls us to encourage one another, and I feel like people are more willing to want to know God if they are feeling encouraged than if they are feeling judged.
I feel like the world needs more encouragement than put downs and negative talk. Everyone has weaknesses and strengths and recognising that weaknesses is actually a good thing in Gods eyes as we can rely on him and see his power more clearly.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Im not really sure why… Maybe I like people to know how valued they are and then you give to them I feel this helps.. it shows someone that you care about them. Ive always felt that generosity is such a beautiful thing as i feel it speaks Gods love louder and clearer than words or lots of other things.. I think it leaves the “why” question to those that have felt generosity towards them. If an unbeliever then questions the reason for a Christians generosity and then finds that it is all because of what God has done, then Gods true character and love for them I believe can be found.
[H]eart
1. Being with people, getting to know people, their backgrounds, beliefs about the world and God and what makes them tick… (i.e get excited, open up, feel joy and purpose and then also the things that aren’t so easy, the things that cause to shut down, shy away, feel hurt or afraid). ..Ultimately encourage and help people go on a journey with the Holy Spirit to allow them to meet and know Jesus personally for themselves and start walking with him.
Gods people then working in unity to do His plan… using all the unique gifts, abilities to bring about his work which needs the whole body if Christ working together. —–
2. Seeing and hearing from God what amazing plans he has for me, for Hormis and of for Luca and Benny.. Being aware to seek God everyday for more of his strength and voice to navigate the path he has for us. To keep my eyes on him and to keep Christ hidden inside in how I be a wife, and mum. My heart beats to want more of this…. I feel like I have a long way to go. I sometimes can’t understand how gracious God is with me. I really want family to be my number one priority before anything else. I want to understand more of Gods character everyday and let him in to all the parts of me that need more of Him and less of me.
3. My own time with just me and God. Being in his nature and communicating with him is when I feel closest to God. This is when I have felt the most joy that I can’t attribute to anything else, except for feeling his closeness and realness.
On a team of Christ minded people, working together for the same cause.
I have enjoyed working with all different ages but God is opening my eyes to my love for working with the young children and babies to see them learn what is true and good and lovely. More and more God is showing me the weight of how precious it is to help young ones navigate the way to life…and the importance of this from the very beginning of their lives. Im loving learning how every child is so different and helping nurture their spiritual growth from the beginning is so so important.. and that it is never to early for a young baby or toddler to begin to see who God is..
Im excited for whats ahead! Ive never felt so excited in all my church life! I believe in the vision of the leaders of the church and want to assist in it where I feel God calls me. When I first read the children and families document I felt deep down that I would love to be me more invested somehow into the children and families ministry but no way the leader of it. I felt it was such a massive ministry area that I dismissed it quickly, thinking there would be someone more suitable, more qualified, more invested in the ministry already with far better skills in this area, so didn’t even allow myself to consider if God would want me there…I am really humbled and shocked that I was considered and believed in as someone that could possibly fulfil this role. I feel that it is a massive role with massive responsibilty which scares me, but also I feel more than ever that if I do end up in the role, it has to be God because when I had the thought, ‘wow Children and Families ministry leader that would be an amazing role’ …. I dismissed the thought so quickly that I could even dream of being in that role… and then through visioning things for Kids and families and speaking a little bit about it to a friend and the senior pastor of this church, this friend and senior pastor asks me to think about this role and if I feel God is at all calling me to it. I have no doubt that it has to be God, which gives me confidence that I can be confident that God has a good good plan if and when I keep trusting.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
