I am someone who is always wanting to encourage people who are feeling down on themselves and/or need some extra encouragement to carry on with their tasks

One Church issue that I have seen a lot that gives me a lot of concern, is when the congregation treats the pastor of the church like they are God and the pastor eats it up. It is very toxic, and pushes new Christians away.

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

[E]xperience

I grew up in a Christian family so I have always been surrounded by Jesus loving people which was incredibly beneficial to my up bringing. Due to me growing up in a Christian family, I have always loved Jesus and considered myself a Christian. However, the moment that I truly accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior was when I was in 6th grade at a youth conference my church was holding!

Yakima Foursquare Church, High School Intern, Yakima WA, 3 years as an intern but have been involved at this church for majority of my life.

Being able to lead a whole production team by myself and having the ability to pastor those on my team. This helped bring me out of my shell and into a new confidence that I’ve never had before.

Being able to go on Mission trips has been able to bring out my more compassionate side

Serving on production team as a key leader helped me hone into my leadership skills and figure out the things that I was good at

Being an intern at Motion Church was a very troubling time that helped me learn how to cling on to Jesus as tight as I can and the image of Jesus that I knew to be true.

While I was an intern at Motion Church, the interns were used and abused giving us a bad image of what Church is and who God is and there are a lot of things that I am unlearning and things that Jesus is healing in me.

in 2019 a childhood friend of mine took her life and since then I have been more aware of the state of peoples mental health and being more present in the lives of those who are struggling the most mentally.
