Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

When I was five years old, I knelt by my parent’s bed and prayed to receive Christ. I heard someone talk about hell and I knew I didn’t want to go there so my dad led me to Christ.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Avondale Baptist Church, Chattanooga, TN, 1996-1998, Student Ministry

The Church at Hilton Head, HHI, SC, 1998, Summer Intern, Middle School and College

Cornerstone Church 2007-Present, Student Ministry (2007-2008), Senior Pastor, 2009-Present

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Surrendering to God’s call on my life

Going through difficult seasons of leadership

High School and College gave me a great background for understanding the Bible.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Going through difficult seasons of leadership

Poor financial decisions/Brought on by the market crash in 2007-2009

Watching friends growing up who made poor decisions that messed up their life.
