S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Stefanie Cawley for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. #1 Gift, Teaching (100%)
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love teaching. I enjoyed teaching preschool when my daughter was younger, I’ve had many opportunities through church to travel and teach to preschoolers. I teach preschool and school aged children Sunday mornings (generally 2 of 3 services).

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love encouraging and lifting up Christians. Regardless if they are from my church family or other Christians I have met along the way. I feel that stronger Christians make a huge impact on the world around us.
#3 Gift, Serving (84%)
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I have always loved serving. Since I was a child I would love to do anything I could to help, whether it was something small or something far beyond what I could give.
[H]eart
Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:
1. I love to sit in the morning before the sun comes up (3am-ish), drink my coffee, listen to Worship Music, and read my Bible.
2. I love testifying about the wondrous things Jesus has done in my life, how I met Him, the miraculous things I’ve seen him do and experienced myself.
3. I love writing/typing. I love writing books, poetry, lists, scripture notes. If I had another spot I would write learning….I love to study and write and learn!
Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:
I love to work with Christian’s most. I’m in a place where I am torn between children or adults. I love teaching in Children’s Ministry. I also love the opportunity to teach adults…like in a small group setting.
Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:
One main concern: Are all decisions being made based on Prayer and Petition to Jesus?

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
My brief testimony of how I became a Christian
Brief is hard with my story. It truly is. But…I was dying, God revealed His love, I sought a church, I accepted Christ. I have been freed, delivered, and healed from pretty much every form of suffering…though I still suffer in some aspects I am free from it in Christ Jesus.
Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):
Children’s Ministry: all levels and roles at Open Arms Church in Bradford, PA
Preschool at Pleasantville Family Camp in Pleasantville, PA.
Preschool at the MINE Conference in Baltimore, MD
Outreach, on leadership and in signing up to help at Open Arms Church in Bradford, PA.
Helped fill various roles when needed at Open Arms Church in Bradford, PA.
List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:
Always being home sick from school I learned to love watching others be happy. I’m very thankful for this.
Being a single mother for nearly the entirety of my daughter’s life, she is 17.
Growing up in a home with loving parents.
List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:
A pastor told me when I was around 7 that God hated me.
Being abused and molested multiple times on multiple occasions.
Health crash that left me bedridden for years.
Wrapping It Up
The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?
1. My Relationship with GOD
2. My Relationship with Others
- Putting Your Spouse First
- Your Kids Second
- Everyone Else After those
3. Travel and teach
4. Write and travel to promote and utilize a program titled Freedom from Suffering to free people from their suffering. Freedom doesn’t mean not suffering.
5. Lead my daughter into being a wondrous woman of God.
