Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Conflicts within the church and watching how many times Christians eat their own.

Marital issues in our family.

Health issues in our family.

#1 Gift, Teaching (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love God’s Word and have studied and memorized many passages. I love people and have a gift for communicating. My passion for God’s Word combined with my love for people makes teaching the Scriptures a joy to me.

#2 Gift, Evangelism (81%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I was a part of The Master Plan of Evangelism in San Diego many years ago. After learning how to share our faith, we hit the streets weekly to knock on doors and ask people, “If you were to die to night and God were to ask you why should I let you into heaven?” What would you say? We say so much fruit from those Friday nights. I enjoy sharing my faith and witnessing for Christ. It does not bother me to have diverse friends. One of my friends is an atheist. I am still praying and planting seeds.

#3 Gift, Pastoring/Shepherding (81%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
To me, a large part of shepherding is care ministry. People need to know that in addition to being able to rightly divide the Word to truth, that you will be there for them in there time of need. I am a compassionate person. I am tender-hearted and like to help people but I will also speak the truth in love for someone wandering from the truth.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love to encourage people. Nothing brings me more joy than to make someone fill heard or understood. So many women feel invisible, so I like to make connections whether they be small or profound to let people know that they have worth.

2. I LOVE to pray with people, not just for them. There is such a special anointing when two people hold hands, combined their faith, and pour out their petition before the Lord. It kind of falls under my encouragement category because what better way to encourage someone than to demonstrate that Almighty God has heard their request!

3. I love Bible study in all forms. Whether it is attending women’s Bible study, searching out a word topic on my own, doing a chapter study, or a verse break down, it is immensely satisfying. Along that same vein, I enjoy journaling.

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was raised by a very godly mother. I gave my life to Jesus at 3 years old and started laying hands on strangers and praying for their healing at 5. Whenever a new neighbor moved in I would grab my Children’s Bible and go tell them about Jesus.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Served as a life group Leader with my husband for 2 years in Leander, TX at Generations. I was a prayer partner at the same church for 9 years.

At Celebration Church in Round Rock, TX I served for 1 year on the Preschool classroom and materials prep team who prepared weekly for 300 preschoolers.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

I had a wonderful mentor who encouraged my through a rough period in my life. She came weekly to pray, encourage, read the Word and exhort me unto holiness.

I went through a 15 week discipleship program called One on One with God that was amazing. I had to be accountable down to the minute of time I spent with God each day. It requires you sign a contract before you begin. It revolutionized my walk with Christ. I became so much more faithful in my daily quite time than ever before. I loved it so much, I lead someone else through it a few months later. I believe in discipleship and love to teach anyone who is hungry.

I went to my first prayer meeting at 19 years old. I told myself I wasn’t going to say anything, I was just going to listen and observe. The power of God was so strong in that room and people took turns praying as they were lead by the spirit. God moved on me and I jumped right in. I was hooked. That was the most fun I had ever had! Being in unity with other believers and being encouraged and built up by their prayers was an amazing spiritual high

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Childhood molestation

Raising a special needs child

20 years of back pain

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I was severely depressed and full of anxiety. I blamed myself for my oldest son’s medical condition, and I decided that my family would be better off if I were no longer around. I wanted to commit suicide, but I begged for God to help me, and He led me to PV where I began Starting Point where I learned about God’s grace, and that’s when my relationship with Christ began.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):
