Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

Grew up Evangelical Lutheran. Always believed in Jesus, strong belief system with
Grandparents and family. After current marriage slipped into the sunday morning grind. Moved to Blue Springs and set roots down at BSCC after touring churches. Became members and baptized in 2005, and never looked back.
It is more true now more then ever that Jesus is real in my life, due to witnessing the death of my Dad , along with the pillars in my family that have gone before me. I have to see them again, cause I miss them so.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Being honored with caring for my Gramma Fullmer/mom’s mom. Being choosen to be responsible for her and my late Grampa Fullmer has/was an honor and privilege.

Being there to help take care of my Dad before he went to be with Jesus. The conversations that we had were priceless.

Taking care of my Mom and being with her when she went to be with Jesus.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Dealing with family members that become needer then the member who has past .

#2 Gift, Serving (71%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I enjoy serving. I don’t mind doing the work some people don’t see the value in.

#3 Gift, Teaching (68%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love to learn and I love to see others learn. I believe that there is power in knowledge and enjoy helping others obtain knowledge that could be life changing.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Spending time with my family. I enjoy my kids and my grandson. I love having them near. I like it when we are able to travel together.

2. Learning. I love to read a book or take a class that challenges me in the area of personal growth. Knowledge is power. I like having the power to improve my life and the lives of others. I like to say when I know better I do better

3. Sharing knowledge with others. I love to see people improve their lives. I believe knowledge is power and once you have knowledge, you have the power to change things

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Couples. Married or ones about to get married. For me it is heart breaking that the divorce rate for Christian couples or “church” couples is the same for non “church” couples. I think that marriage is the back bone of the American family and I see America loosing that strength. Couple that are truly interested in making their marriages stronger. Adult aged people.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Several that concern me. Most churches have no programs for the young adults…18 to getting married age. This is the age group that most often leave the church and personally I think it is because they no longer have a place to belong. They graduate youth and until they are married there are not programs or classes for the life concerns.
Second and the area that I see as what is not only killing the church but damaging the very fabric of America is marriage. Couples need help. They need guidance, and the church needs to be the one that brings it. Marriage was God’s idea and the basic model for the relationship between us and God. The last church issue that concerns me is the lack of transparency in most church leadership.

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

When I was 9 years old my family was falling apart. My father left when I was 2, and my mom and step father were discussing divorce. My home life was horrible. I wanted the promises for a family that never left and a father that cared. I walked away from the church for a period of time after being “hurt” by a youth pastor. Found my way back in my 20’s because as Jimmy Evans puts it Sin lied to me. I tried sin and was still empty and alone. When I gave Jesus a try and found all that I was searching for.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Sunday School teacher for 4th and 5th graders for 4 years. Collierville First Assembly of God in Collierville, TN

Taught a girls class for 6 years for kindergarten and first graders. Collierville First Assembly of God Collierville, TN

Assisted as a youth sponsor for a couple of years at Collierville First Assembly of God

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Learning that God the Father is not the same as the earthy fathers who have rejected or abused me. Learning His word and coming to know that he loves me just as I am, but because he loves me he does not want to leave me in the condition he saved me in and from. He wants only the best for his kids

Becoming a mother and then truly being able to understand the pain God felt when he allowed his son to give his life for us. Because if someone came to me and said we are going to beat and kill your kid, but it will be to save the very people that voted for her to be the one to die I would have to say NO I DON’T think so.

Serving in ministry and having kids come back years later and tell me I did make a difference.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

I am a survivor of childhood abuse, physical, mental, and sexual. Healing from that, but having experienced it allows me to see traits in others to be able to minister to them.

Being wounded by a youth pastor who did not keep his word of confidentiality, but it was not betrayed to the authorities (it was not the law back then). This allowed me to know the importance of keeping confidentiality.

Seeing ministers loose their passion for ministry because they never master balance. Being a pastor goes from a calling to a job.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
