Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Otter’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
[E]xperience
My brief testimony of how I became a Christian
I became Christian (Catholic) since a young age when I was old to go to church. Since then I have been continually seeking my purpose. I am a sinner who keeps trying.
Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):
St. Lawrence O’Toole
Oakland, CA
11 years involved on and off
List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:
Working for the Los Angeles Police Department – Southwest Division
Becoming a father of two girls
Becoming a College Basketball Coach
List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:
Being abused as a child by my neighbor – At the age of 7 my neighbor seized the opportunity to mislead me and do some things that I am not proud of today, but it has allowed me to be compassionate for others.
Being hit by a drunk driver when I was 7 years old and enduring pain for 4 months in the hospital. – learned that never be vain or shallow. Looks are nothing, but personality is everything,
Losing my cousin at the age of 12 (he was 9), was shot in a drive by shooting while sitting with his sister eating a snack. I learned to appreciate those in your life because you never when someone is taken out of your life.
