My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I grew up in church with my grandparents and had been exposed to the good news by them and by the leaders in my life at the church. When I was 12 years old, during summer camp, I heard the call of the Holy Spirit and gave my life to Christ.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

I served as a deacon at Crawford Baptist Church in Semmes, AL from 2018-2022

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Growing up with my grandparents and the positive spiritual background they gave me, helped shape me as a young Christian.

I got the chance to play baseball for Mike Jacobs at the University of Mobile and he was a hug impact on me spiritually and wanting to get into the coaching profession.

Seeing one of my best friends live Christ out loud and dying at a young age of 21, made me realize that pursuing Christ daily is the only way to experience true peace.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Watching my parents both struggle with sickness and addiction made me want to live life helping people and attaching to Christ and His principles.

Working for a negative demeaning coach has pushed me to be a positive role-model to young people.

Watching my parents fight and verbally abuse each other has pushed me to love my wife with compassion and sympathy.
