although ive been involved in leadership positions for 35 years ,ive never enjoyed the paperwork aspect of it . ive always been more a lead by example and an open door policy .

i have taught many people first by them watching me , then handing things off to them and watching what they are doing and then being available for questions. it takes time and time has to be given

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. spending time with family. helping ,vacationing ,celebrating

2. when im imersed in a project and see it come to completion

3. singing in general . but coming together in a group or choir for times like christmas . im always moved

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

doesnt matter . as long as who im working with as long as the people hve shoed up to do the task at hand and are willing to listen to instruction if instruction is needed. i compete with myself and set targets and goals for myself ,and if someone that working with me has the same mindset i cant help but think how much can be accomplished.

i enjoy ushering . meeting people with a friendly smile .and the few organizational tasks that need to be done. sporatic helping as time allows

to build things . first i am able to visualybuild it in my head and design how its to be put together and then draw it i feel that i have successfuly led a shop full of employees of all cultures to comon goals . with it there also came the tasks of disiplining and defusing escalated situations . many in the shop said i should have been a politition or a pastor in the way i handled thing.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

my brother , first for inviting me to church , teaching me to build a house,and intoducing me to my hobby of hunting.

my friend dave . we werre there to encourage each other through our later teans till present

my family and that would be my home family and work family . each had their part in making me who i am today

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

when i built an spec home and the market crashed and i lost my shirt . but it didn’t break me but i rebuilt after that

a week after my mom died we came to church and there was a sharing time and i shared my loss and the group was indifferent to my loss . that hurt . we left that church and went to another but came back a few years later because if a kids program that was offered . in my heart i forgave those that were in that group and made me to be more aware when others were hurting and to show compassion
