#1 Gift, Evangelism (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love to tell others how good God really is. I enjoy telling unbelievers and backsliders that God will always accept them if they confess Jesus and believe in the name of Jesus Christ.

#2 Gift, Teaching (90%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
In my conversations, God frequently gives me of verses of scripture that apply to that aspect of life. As a result, it shows that God has an answer for everything that you are going through and the very instructions for leading a holy life in general.

#3 Gift, Mercy Showing (84%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Everybody needs mercy. Because I have committed so many sins against God, and He still forgave me and shows me mercy, it is important for me to share with people the same mercy and empathy to see them and not their affliction.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love talking to people about what I’ve learned. If I can help someone else learn or not make the same mistakes, it makes me happy.

2. I enjoy giving to others who could never give back to me or that I may never see again. It reminds me to stop and be of service to another human being.

3. I love to have fun! I like to go hiking, biking, laser tagging etc. especially with other believers. It helps us to be aware that life in Christ does not have to be boring.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Women who have been marginalized, shunned, abused, addicted, or ostracized because of their past mistakes.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Issues: Lack of honesty about the true commitment it takes to be a Christian. Prosperity & Poverty Gospels. Lack of transparency about who we used to be. Superiority & Inferiority Complexes. Nepotism. Condemnation of Some Sins and the ‘Sweeping under the Rug’ of others.

Ministries/Needs: Women’s Ministry, Evangelism

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I became a Christian as a child by accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior at 7 years old.

I became a renewed Christian as an adult at 24 years old when I listened to my mom and thanked God for waking me up that morning. That encounter initiated prayer which led me to ask God to come into my life and to be my Lord and Savior again.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church
Washington, DC
Volunteer _ Youth & Young Adult Ministry, P.U.R.E Girl (Purity Ministry)
2 Years Involved

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Being a dialysis technician has made a big impact on me because it opened my eyes to suffering, physical, political, and emotional. My experiences are teaching me to be more of a humane person and to treat others and love them the same way that I would want to be treated and loved.

Serving in Greater Mt. Calvary taught me how to put God first in my daily life. My experiences there really instilled in me a need to utilize spiritual disciplines in order to grow in the knowledge of God and the love of Christ.

My experience in growing up in the Churches of the Living God has had the biggest impact on my life. It was the placed I learned to serve and love God. It was also my first community. They were and still are my family.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

My experiences with overcoming addiction have helped to shape me, and have also given me a lot of compassion for others who are going through similar situations.

My experiences with overcoming promiscuity, sexual immorality, and sexual abuse have helped to shape me and have also given me a lot of compassion for others who are going through similar situations.

My experiences with overthinking and being hard on myself have helped to shape me and have also given me a lot of compassion for others who are going through similar situations.
