Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
[E]xperience
Just became tired of the way That I was living without Christ in my life. I felt that there had to be a better way. So I searched to find it and found the goodness of God. I tried other beliefs, but only found that the God of Christ was the only One to answer my prayers
I began my journey in New Saint James Baptist Church,Newark, N.J. 07112
My Pastor was Tyrone Singletary. I came back to Christ in 2006.
In 2009 I ordained as a Deacon. I served as Amour Bearer, Temple Servant, Communion Server, Security, mens` choir leader, Main choir member.
One is that ,during the storm sandy, my family and I were caught in an area with no electric, no water, and no food for two weeks. God woke us up one Sunday morning and told us to go to Greater Shiloh church. On the first visit, pastor Phil asked the congregation about those who were without lights during the storm. I stood up and given a gift certificate to take my family out to eat that day after church….That night as we blessed our food, we cried with joy for at least 10 minutes.
But I still needed convincing, so during the next storm that came our way . my wife and I found ourselves homeless, living in a car with no money….my wife decided to go to the bank and check her account, knowing that it was empty…GOD had placed enough money into that account for us to go and get a hotel room for the next three months…from there we moved into a home and have been there for more than one year for the first time in years.
A friend called me that I had not heard from in years. He was through with life and wanted to end his. God sent him to me,while he was on the Easton free bridge ready to jump. Before asking God why, I asked for guidance. Through the word of God and the word of Christ and through me, we were able to change his mind and bring him to church. he has been happy with life ever since.
I went from a life of making $90,000 a year ad living that lifestyle, to loosing my license and the way of life that I had become used to, to working warehouses and making $12,000 a year.
I Lost three properties, two cars, and went on a continuous moving journey form one address to another for the next seven years.
I almost lost my wife, is my best friend. But GOD, we just celebrated 30 years as One.
