I naturally plan, organize, coordinate, delegate and rally persons/teams etc., no matter what it is I am involved in.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Serving is second nature to me. I serve without even making the effort. It is a part of me and I enjoy it. It is like a way of life whenever I reflect on the years past.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I more often than not find myself encouraging others or ‘speaking life’ into situations and circumstances regardless of where I am at.
[H]eart
1. Love my Family and help them position themselves to become the best version of themselves.
2. Planning
3. Travelling and having new and exciting experiences.
I appreciate integrity, loyalty, dependability, commitment, creativity, respect, regard, accountability, trustworthiness and most importantly, love so it would be persons who value these attributes. I work with all ages as there are so many great experiences to be had.
Biases and prejudices, lack of structured continuous and effective bible teachings/studies, lack of effective training and development opportunities to properly equip those in the field in various ministries and those who would love to get involved. I hence love what the Discipleship Ministry is about. Also, not having a church building where I can go any day during the week to just pray….slow down and talk with God…..a place where there is weekly prayer meetings. I know it will come in time so I join my church family in prayer for this.

Your Primary was ‘The Beaver’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Retriever’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
[E]xperience
I was introduced to church by my Aunt and became very active in Sunday School. She had regular weekly prayer meetings at her home and my sister and I were present regularly and spent most Sundays (morning and evening) at church so having heard the message of Jesus Christ on numerous occasions, watched quite a few movies about the life of Christ and my various observations and also encouragements, I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Saviour between ages 6 – 8 and was baptized around age 9.

Programs Coordinator for the Youth Ministry for 2 – 3 years
Being involved in cultural activities and performing at the national level in the annual Jamaica Cultural Development Commission competitions for dance. I discovered much about myself, danced throughout the years for my Primary School and being even more rounded as an individual.
Family experiences as I grew up.
Planning and executing the annual Christmas Production for my Sunday School Ministry back at Harbour View Gospel Chapel. It was unexpected, I do not even know how I assumed that role but it was a really great experience working with the different classes, teachers, children and even parents and the dynamics was awesome as I saw the children just come out, show up and shine brightly. The parents were delighted.
Abuse and misuse.
Biased and prejudiced treatment.
Unfairness in the workplace and similar environments.
