Hearing god’s voice giving me advice

Surviving kidney failure and recovering after I prayed and no medical treatment
Recovery from bowel cancer

Meeting my husband whose wife had left him and I wanted to pray with him – we went to a beach wher I had previously prayed with a friend and felt God’s presence there – a white feather floated down
God has put us together for a purpose

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Losing my first husband to motor neurone disease after 24 years of marriage. It makes me angry when people promote assisted suicide as the nurse who was with him said he’d never witnessed such an easy death . There was no struggle or anything to fear

Divorce – I met another man in church very soon after Don died and married him . Big mistake – he spent all his efforts as a wolf in sheep’s clothing with the single ladies in the church

My husband’s ex wife recently started coming back to our church and our leader was welcoming her as a prodigal and does not seem to appreciate that she has told people that leaving him was the biggest mistake of her life and it is just too difficult to worship together with her . I have too much concern that she will involve my husband in her on-going problems although we realise that our first response (and the Christian one) is to accept her back we just could not do it
