#1 Gift, Administration (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I believe I have these gifts because of personal relationship with Christ and growth in knowing Him and what He wants me to do. I was an administrative assistant for 7 years in the U. S. Navy.

#2 Gift, Evangelism (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I believe that God wants me to share my testimony with others to help them. As well as teach his children his ways, through His word with guidance from the Holy Spirit.

#3 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
God gave me a heart for people. He sends those in need to me and I do my best to be as obedient and move as quickly as the Holy Spirit whispers in my ear to do His will to meet those needs. I have grown tremendously in that area of my life. I have to say it all began with watching my mother as a child give til she couldn’t give anymore. Even when we didn’t have much she gave. Now I give with my children every chance we get. God is good.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. Teaching in the Children and Youth Ministry every 2nd and 4th Sunday. Bringing my girls with me and allowing them to help me deliver Gods word to His children.

2. Encouraging my kids to study God’s word, pray not just for themselves but for others, and reminding them that we can’t do anything without God. To take Him with them wherever they go in life. Then I sit back and watch God work and the blessings continue to flow. The best part is when they speak on the blessings of God. Then I know I’m raising them right and I praise God for choosing to be their mother.

3. My one on one time with God. I talk to Him and He talks to me. During Hurricane Harvey I found Him all over again. I was isolated and covered. It was all about me and Him. I know that I am one of His many disciples. I have to live in my purpose and be used as He sees fit. I can’t and will not fail Him. I may not know every road I should take, but I I’m open to where ever He chooses to use me. One thing I do know is that Evangelism supersedes them all.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

Children and Youth Ministry from 1st through 12th grade.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Connect Group Ministry concerns me since we no longer have Bible Study. I honestly feel the need to be spiritually fed is greater than on Sunday mornings. The connection between the Shepherd and his sheep is broken. Discussing the previous sermon is basically a recap of what we already know. We need fresh meat, in the connect groups. What else is being discussed. Is the host or God getting the glory in this ministry. Who is leading the pastors sheep and where are they leading them to. If they get lost, scatter or lose faith in the midst of change or transition, pastor has to work twice as hard to draw the nearer to God. He needs some back up. Ministers and deacons following up with progress. That can step in and answer questions we need answers to. To teach a d encourage us, even hold us accountable for what’s bring taught. Also, for those who are chasing after Christ like myself who need encouragement, fighting to live in their purpose, struggle with spiritual warfare, sacrifices made, feel like their drowning and are standing in the fire all alone. We need warriors of Christ in place for support to help us when we stumble and fall. To direct us, pray with us, grow with us and train us to be warriors to take their place when the time comes.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.

Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
