Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.

Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

I gave my life to Christ at a high school extra-curricular fellowship on a friday afternoon in 2003, I can\’t really remember the message but i remember that i realized in that moment that I haven\’t been living right and i needed a change of heart.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Multimedia -RCCG, City Of Goshen, Onike, Lagos. 2 years.

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Around 2011, I had an accommodation issue along with a family friend and this man, married with a kid, took us in and took responsibility for us like we were his family, I had only just met him the previous year without much conversation between us.

When I was a kid(somewhere between ages 7 and 9), I was sleeping in a room with my siblings, my sister had lighted a coil(an insecticide with aroma) and she hung it in the ceiling. In the middle of the night, while still sleeping, I felt a nudge to move/roll from where I was sleeping I was a little reluctant. I don’t know how long after, I just rolled and the ceiling structure fell on where I was sleeping just a second a go. Till this day I can’t explain what happened that night.

I have a couple of testimonies of God providing in ways I don’t understand.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

Failing to graduate from the University after, after putting in 8 years of my life.

The death of my father, it happened that we were distant at that time and I didn’t keep in touch with him even when I got back to Lagos. I felt a heavy guilt, wishing I spoke to him more.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Tovwin souls for Christ and to make Heaven.

4. To have impact in the lives of others, not the type that puts me in a spotlight, but genuine impact that makes people’s lives better.

5. To be a problem solver in my area of expertise, not to be just an end user.
