S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results

Thank you Abigail Sheckler for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

#1 Gift, Evangelism (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
First and foremost, either God gives you a gift or many gifts and skills in an area or it’s not a part of your calling. So one thing I’m passionate about is saving souls for the kingdom of God. I think about it often.

#2 Gift, Exhortation/Encouragement (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
When I started in ministry almost 3 decades ago, I fasted and prayed fervently for almost two years. During this time God spoke to me daily and showed me where he would take me and what he has chosen for me to do. And strengthening the body of Christ by exhorting, encouraging, and empowering it with Biblical Truths is what I do best.

#3 Gift, Mercy Showing (100%)

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Coming from a background of abuse, molestation, rape, hunger, homelessness, and such, I relate all too well with the broken, abandoned and misunderstood.
Romans 12:15 says, “Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.”
I received forgiveness, compassion and mercy from God and it changed my life forever. This is why I reach out to people that broken and feel they have no hope. Luke 7:47 says,… but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little.

[H]eart

Three things I love to do that bring joy and fulfillment in my life:

1. I love to spend time worshipping: singing, playing different instruments and writing music.

2. I love to spend time in prayer, studying the Bible and researching Bible history.

3. I love reading about healthy eating and exercising.

Who I love to work with most, and the age or type of people:

I’m not sure I can answer this accurately. But if I had to pick at least two categories of people, I’d say the broken and abused and young people.

Church issues, ministries, or possible needs that excite or concern me the most:

Sin is so rampant in many churches today. I’ve dealt with people that state they’re Christians but watch pornography, get drunk, use profanity, abuse their spouse, or are living in fornication. This burdens me.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God

Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.

Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline

Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.

Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace

[E]xperience

My brief testimony of how I became a Christian

was raised in church. Backslid for almost 10 years. I rededicated my life to Christ, in 1993, at one of the lowest states of my life at the time, and have been going strong for God ever since.

Ministry Experience (Where I have served in the past, if applicable, including ChurchName, City/State, Position, Years Involved):

Mission of Living Stones Bradenton, Florida 1993-1994 (Evangelizing)
The Rock in Sarasota, Florida 1994-1995 (Singer)
The Living Sanctuary Sarasota, Florida 1996-1998 (Worship team)
Mission of Living Stones Tucson, Arizona 1999-to Present (Pastor, Prophet and Apostle)

List 3 Positive experiences from the past that made a big impact on who you are today:

Anointed with oil at the beginning of my prophetic ministry. Which led me to see miracles and other people’s lives changed.

An encounter with Jesus Christ on two separate occasions.

Out of body experiences.

List 3 Negative Experiences from your past that have helped to Shape me, but also have given you great compassion for others going through similar circumstances:

At the beginning of my walk with God, I witnessed two pastors get into a physical altercation in the middle of church service.

A male and married pastor I was helping made advances towards me.

Had really bad experiences with ministers making very poor judgment calls that wounded me, which led me to be more precautious of other people in ministerial positions.

Wrapping It Up

The Challenge: Based upon your S.H.A.P.E. Assessment above (the way God wired you), If you knew you couldn’t fail … and ‘lack of money, or time’ was not an obstacle… list your Top 3 Things you would ‘Focus’ your Life on, next to #1 Loving God & #2 Loving Your Neighbor (these would be your ‘3 God-Sized Dreams’ for your life)?

1. My Relationship with GOD

2. My Relationship with Others

  • Putting Your Spouse First
  • Your Kids Second
  • Everyone Else After those

3. Travel the world, preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations.

4. Pray and Fast until revival/awakening breaks out in my city. Something I’m doing right now with a small group of people.

5. Spend time writing books on Christian topics, health and fitness.
